What is a digital 'C Type' print? A digital 'C Type' print is the name used to describe professional photos. A 'C Type' photo is a image printed onto light sensitive paper, just like hand printing on a enlarger from film. A digital 'C Type' printer uses LED's or lasers to expose the image onto the paper. So a digital 'C Type' is a traditional photographic print, made from a digital file rather than a negative.
Why do photographers prefer 'C Type' photos? A 'C Type' photo is produce on light sensitive paper so the photo has a larger tonal range than a inkjet print. |

Are small photos printed on the new printer or just the larger photos? We print all you images on our new printer, if you order a '6 inch by 4 inch' and a '40 inch by 30 inch' of the same file they will look the same.
Do you colour adjust the images before you print them or do you just print them out? We do colour adjust all the images by on screen by hand to get the best print out of them. If you would like the files printed direct you can select this option on the online ordering software.
